R. Scott Davie is a leader in the sales and marketing of new homes and condos in the GTA. Growing up in the development industry has enhanced Davie’s foundation and insights in pre-construction real estate. For decades, he has been a trusted advisor to many of the GTA’s top developers. Davie is also recognized as a leading expert by the media and has authored numerous editorials and public relations articles that have appeared in prominent publications.

By applying sophisticated sales strategies to address current market conditions and the unique target market of each project, Davie has successfully sold high-rise and low-rise projects from Burlington to Ajax, and from the Beaches of Toronto to Newmarket. He takes pride in having sold Canada’s largest new pre-construction penthouse at over 10,000 square feet in one of Canada's prestigious hotel condo residences. Just 18 months later, Davie sold the Penthouse at the L Tower, which was larger still.

After a highly successful 10 years, Davie recently left his position as Senior Vice President of Milborne Group to launch his own pre-construction listing Brokerage, Davie Real Estate. He is currently selling his first two high-profile luxury condo towers and will be launching a third soon.

Davie is known for his consistent commitment to excellence in whatever field he enters. He has 18 years experience managing a number of non-profit community organizations, with each role producing relevant and measurable results.

A Real Estate Industry Icon once said of Scott: “From one project to another, your commitment to excellence is recognized and appreciated. It has mattered not the challenge; you have met every one head on and proven why you are one of the best in the entire PMA organization.”
